Striper fishing April 2017

Sacramento River Striper Fishing is getting started. There have been a few reports of Stripers being caught in the Colusa area along with a Sturgeon here and there. The Striper fishing should be good until June. The Spring fishing season is just getting started. Trout fishing has been good when the wind isn't blowing to hard. What are they biting on Fly's, Plugs, and Bugs
